What is included in Free?

Free includes all three modes (Bionic Reading / Semantic Bold / Semantic Highlight) and Light/Medium/Heavy presets. No login required.

Can I cancel Pro anytime?

Yes. You can cancel anytime. You’ll keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period.

Do you offer refunds?

If Pro doesn’t work well on your setup, contact support and we’ll help you troubleshoot first. Refunds are handled case-by-case.

Is payment secure?

Yes. Checkout is handled by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

Account & extension

Do I need an account to use Free?

No. Free works without an account. You only need to sign in to activate Pro or Lifetime.

How does Pro unlock in the service?

After purchase, sign in on the website and in the service. The extension checks your login status and unlocks Pro features.

Does Lifetime include cloud TTS?

Lifetime is for local Pro features. If we offer cloud usage quotas in the future, those will be sold separately.

Will you track what I read?

No. Reading enhancements run locally in your browser. The website account is only used for sign-in and billing.
